Today is Valentines Day and Karlyn and I are making good on the promise we made you a month ago...that we would have a company that would work with us and make it possible for all of us to build a crowdfunding organization together!

Everyone has worked hard to get here and Karlyn and I want to say thank you to you for hanging in there with us through this crazy and at times very frustrating journey. The good news is we are launched as of right now!

Remember, please wait before you share your referral link because the system has to fully upload all data. The upload should take about 4 hrs. At this moment we are at level 4 or 5. Know we are uploading the matrix methodically and doing our best to make sure everything is correct and accurate as possible.

Hi There!

If you find that you can no longer login to your PHP site that is a sign that you're about to be uploaded into your permanent site. No need to be alarmed as the temporary sites are deleted the old sites will not be accessible.

Just a heads up that the final spreadsheets are being prepped for upload.

All trouble and issue tickets have been processed by me and Julie.


Karlyn and Julie have worked extremely hard and long hours to get us to this place where all of our dreams, hopes and aspirations can now be realized.

Heads up...

The ONLY reason someone would not have been added to your matrix would be because they were not paid for and/or acknowledgement of payment could not be verified or found in the PHPWW system or a copy of payment was not forwarded to Julie or Karlyn.

Karlyn has reached out to those who needed to get their product purchases in and to those where we had questions concerning genealogy issues, through text and cell. If changes or adjustments need to be made you "must" get these in via the "trouble ticket system" by Monday afternoon 3pm PST and no later!

The Following Changes Have Been Completed...

Username changes, placement and sponsor changes, credit card and payment issues, activation issues, login in problems, personal information problems, name changes, email, password changes are all completed at this time!

The next step is to upload the master genealogy along with updates and corrections to the online systems and then launch and start building our businesses and teams. It's been a long haul and a grueling project but we are finally ready to kick this off!

Note: We have taken great care and every precaution has been utilized to make sure the information provided was  correctly and accurately entered into the system. Can mistakes be made yes they can. Will we make all efforts to correct errors if they exist yes we will. Please remember that matrix placement errors will not be able to be corrected once we go LIVE. This is why we had the team prepare spreadsheets and turn them in prior to going live. Again any changes must happen prior to 3pm PST.

When we are ready to go LIVE we will schedule a team conference call!

Online Systems Report:

Please listen to the pre-recorded update above because the deadline is tonight Midnight to get your purchases in. Reminder, after we close the purchase phase and we start open enrollments, your teams will be able to join via your subscription link.

As of 8:20 pm PST the web systems are noticeably faster and the errors have been removed. Back office functions are 100% better and genealogies can now be viwed.

By next Tuesday or Wednesday we will be on a dedicated server system that will give us more power and speed. We may see some, interruptions as we migrate to that server. All of this is in process right now!

Support Report:

We have turned ALL support issues over to PHPWW. The ticket system I built will help them manage the many issues and needs of our team. The system I built also keeps a backup of all submitted tickets. All tickets are dispatched immediately to Julie. She handles all support issues in the order they are received. Because the team is growing and has many needs, it can take between 24-72 hours for her to complete your ticket and respond. As we grow PHPWW will grow to meet the demand. Let's all do our best to be patient. You are part of a great team and we appreciate all of you!

Important Note: Just got off the phone with "Doc" Lett Founder of PHPWW and discussed the server situation and what he is doing to get the site and software moved to a CLOUD SERVER that will handle all the business we can throw at it. We also discussed in detail about getting our genealogies uploaded. He told Karlyn and, "I will spare no expense to make sure this business moves forward and the web site and back office systems work above what we need!" Great, great news. He also is assigning programmers to get our spreadsheets uploaded. We hope we can be up and running by Thursday. Please keep in mind that it takes about 3-5 days to move and migrate all data to a new server. With this in mind we should be ready to buy-in this week. Again we will keep you informed and up to speed.
